Recently I have had a couple of customers who have had issues with the binding of their catalogues. Stampin' Up are aware of this problem and will happily replace any catalogues that have these faults. 

The problems seem to be in the section of pages 147-158.  To amend this issue Stampin' Up!  are testing the remaining catalogues and plan to remove those catalogues that fail the testing procedure. They  also invite you to test your of catalogue.

To test the catalogue, follow this simple test:

Place your Idea Book & Catalogue on a flat surface.

Open to page 147.

Run your palm along the gutter between pages 146 and 147--as you would to prevent the pages from turning.

Pick up the entire catalogue by page 147.

If any of the pages in your catalogue fall out, please contact us."
